Royal Wootton Bassett Town Council have commissioned People and Places Insight Limited to undertake a Benchmarking review of the town centre.

Benchmarking has been conducted in over 350 locations and measure performance against 12 indicators such as Retail Offer, Footfall and Car Parking. As part of the process, the following short survey has been devised to allow both users to provide their rating and views on various aspects of Royal Wootton Bassett town centre and non-users the reasons behind not visiting. The information gathered will be included in the overall Benchmarking report and will be compared to previous findings and national averages.

Closing date of the consultation is Monday 5th December 2022.
