Thanks to everyone for making it such a successful Christmas Lights & Shopping Evening on Friday 29th November 2024. We hope all who joined us had a good night. The Mayor and Town Crier were delighted to be joined by the Mayor’s Christmas Card winner for the countdown to switch on the lights at 6pm.

Santa Grotto was very popular and many children could be seen with their faces painted. Over 60 stalls attended and we hope there was something for everyone. There was a variety of hot food stalls to cater for all tastes.

We would like to give special thanks to Wiltshire Police,  Chevron, St Johns Ambulance, IBA Security, WGS Power & Lighting, Cotswold Markets, Swindon PA Hire,  Scarrott and Sons, Noremarsh Junior School, Wootton Bassett Brass Band, Cantanti Choir,  Swindon Songbirds, members of Wootton Bassett Carnival Committee and others for volunteering to help on the night.

We are now preparing for 2025 event!
