Memorial Hall Prices & Booking

Prices
Prices for hall/room hire ranges from £8 per hour to £22 per hour, depending on day and time, and additional facilities required.

Please note a deposit will be required.

How to book.
Is it time to book?

In the first instance please contact the Lettings Officer to check availability of the Hall/Rooms and facilities you wish to hire, either by My Bassett residential portal contact form  or by calling 01793 850222 press option 4.

Applicants 21 years and over can complete a booking form obtained the Letting Officer, please contact via Lettings Officer contact form. A copy of Conditions of Hire will be sent to applicants as well, setting out the terms of hire, payment arrangements (including deposit), cancellations/refunds, housekeeping rules including access to the building and fire safety arrangements.

If you have any special requirements or wish to book to view the rooms/facilities (dates and times subject to availability), then please discuss this with the Letting Officer, please contact via the Lettings Officer contact form.

Your booking

Upon receipt of booking, deposit paid and all relevant paperwork within 7 working days, confirmation will be sent. Please note cancellation and refund policy found on the Conditions of Hire. All lettings are subject to conditions stated in the Conditions of Hire. Nominated Key Holder will need to collect the keys from the ‘key collection point’ prior to your arrival located at Royal Wootton Bassett Town Council Office, The Manor House, Lime Kiln SN4 7GJ. Please note the Town Council office opening hours found in the below footer.
