How to book.
Is it time to book?
In the first instance please contact the Lettings Officer to check availability of the Hall/Rooms and facilities you wish to hire, either by emailing wbmemorialhall@royalwoottonbassett.gov.uk or calling 01793 850222.
Applicants 21 years and over can complete a booking form obtained from the Lettings Officer. A copy of Conditions of Hire will be sent to applicants as well, setting out the terms of hire, payment arrangements (including deposit), cancellations/refunds, housekeeping rules including access to the building and fire safety arrangements.
If you have any special requirements or wish to book to view the rooms/facilities (dates and times subject to availability), then please discuss this with the Lettings Officer.
Your booking
Upon receipt of booking, deposit paid and all relevant paperwork within 7 working days, confirmation will be sent. Please note cancellation and refund policy found on the Conditions of Hire. All lettings are subject to conditions stated in the Conditions of Hire. Nominated Key Holder will need to collect the keys from the ‘key collection point’ prior to your arrival located at Royal Wootton Bassett Town Council Office, 117 High Street. Please note the Town Council office opening hours.
