Tourist Information Point
Coronavirus: The Town Council Office at 117 High Street is open, but closed at lunchtimes 12.30pm to 1.30pm.
Visitors to the office are required by law to wear face masks, unless exempt.
The Tourist Information point is based in the Town Council Office at 117 High Street, Royal Wootton Bassett.
There is a large selection of local and national tourist attraction brochures as well as the Town Guide, Community Magazine, RWB & Lyneham Advertiser, and walking guides. The office also holds nature trails around Jubilee Lake too.
This Historic walk around Royal Wootton Bassett begins in front of the Royal Wootton Bassett Town Council Building. The buildings along the High Street date mainly from the eighteenth century to the present day. The walk will show many of Royal Wootton Bassett’s fine buildings and architecture. Walking leaflets are available from the Town Council Offices at 117 High Street.
