2022 Benchmarking Survey

In November 2022 Royal Wootton Bassett Town Council commissioned People & Places Insight to carry out once again a Town Centre Benchmarking Study, designed to help understand, measure, evaluate and ultimately improve the town centre. The process included gathering data such as shoppers postcodes, footfall counts on market and non-market days and conducting surveys with shoppers and businesses. Thank you to everyone who took part in the study.

The results will be of interest to anyone who wants to know more about the performance of Royal Wootton Bassett Town Centre, particularly businesses.
