The Town Council has been informed that Leda Properties is preparing proposals for a new housing development on land at Marsh Farm, north of Royal Wootton Bassett.

They are hosting a community drop-in exhibition on Tuesday 11th November 2025 from 2.30pm to 8pm in the Gerard Buxton Sports Ground Club House, Brinkworth Road, Royal Wootton Bassett, Swindon SN4 8DS. Residents will be able to find more information and be able to speak to member of their team about the proposed development. The online consultation will be open until Tuesday 25th November, giving two weeks for people to complete the survey forms online.
