The Town Council has been made aware of Gleeson Land preparing proposals for the development of land north of Swindon Road, Royal Wootton Bassett.
The site could potentially provide up to 135 new homes, public open space, children’s play areas, habitats for wildlife and drainage features, with two vehicular access points to the site from Swindon Road to the south.

A dedicated website has been set up that provides further information and requests feedback by Friday 25th July 2025. There will be further opportunity to comment directly to Wiltshire Council when the planning application is submitted, later in the Autumn.
